1. Shipping Policy
A. Processing Time: All orders for our wellness supplements (including Energy Gummies, Sleep Gummies, and Stress Gummies) are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a notification with a tracking number once your package has shipped.
B. Shipping Rates and Estimated Delivery:

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days within the United States.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note that delivery dates are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.
C. Tracking Your Order: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
D. International Shipping: Eclat Apparel LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Refund & Return Policy
A. Return Window: You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
B. Eligibility & Safety Standards (Consumables): Due to the nature of dietary supplements, we maintain strict health and safety protocols:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with the security seal completely intact.

Strict Safety Note: We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for any supplement bottle where the outer or inner seal has been broken or tampered with.

C. Return Process: To start a return, please contact us at contact@eclatblend.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
D. Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
E. Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
